These are your tasks:

• Responsibility for the preparation and presentation of the dishes
• Professional storage and processing of goods
• Design of our food selection
• Organization and purchasing of goods
• Ensuring efficient cooperation of all kitchen stations
• Checking daily tasks and coordination with the kitchen team
• Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene regulations
