We are looking for, by arrangement, a

Chef de Réceptionist 20-100% (m/f/d)

What you will do:

• Leadership and support of the reception team
• Processing and monitoring of reservations
• Reservation handling incl. creating offers and confirmations
• General email correspondence and administrative tasks
• Operating the telephone switchboard

We are pleased if you are a guest-oriented and communicative personality, and can offer our national as well as international guests a warm welcome and a unique stay.

What you bring with you:

• Training at the reception/experience in similar positions is an advantage
• An eye for detail and exemplary manners
• Fluent German, very good English and, advantageously, further language skills
• Independent, committed and responsible way of working
