Assistant Cook

The employer is looking for a:

Assistant Cook (reported profession)

Tasks:

• participate in the correct distribution of various dishes into carts
• periodically check the expiration dates of stored products
• help with washing dishes
• keep cold storage rooms clean and tidy
• check incoming goods
• verify temperatures
• fill out control sheets

Requirements:

• previous experience in the sector from 1 – 3 years
• ability to work in a team
• good knowledge of Italian
• category B driving license
• having own transport

Employment details:

• workplace Lugano
• employment at 70%
• employment from immediately, permanent contract
• shift work, Sunday work and holiday work
• salary based on the CCNL of the sector
