Cook

BBF Gastro AG is looking for a committed cook (80-100%, m/f/d) to complete the teams of the six company-owned restaurants.

Your tasks

• Preparation of the entire mise en place
• Preparation of dishes at the respective station
• Goods receipt and inventory control
• General cleaning work in compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP

What we expect

• Completed training as a cook or equivalent training
• Good German language skills, other languages an advantage
• Independence, teamwork skills, resilience, and flexibility
• Basics in skiing/snowboarding are an advantage for the restaurants in the winter sports area
