Leader in Japanese fast food for delivery, takeaway and dine-in, Sushi Shop has a network of more than 200 points of sale mainly in Europe. We are looking for an Assistant manager M/F for our restaurant in Genève .
Assistant manager

• Coordinate the work of the restaurant teams (Team members, cooks,

liveries)

• Assist the Manager in administrative and HR tasks
• Assist the Manager in managing various daily

issues (technical, logistical, customers, staff)

• Assist the Manager in his operational function and ensure his function

in his absence

• Ensure the training and integration of new recruits
• Ensure compliance with sales, hygiene, service and

delivery standards

• Ensure the daily and routine management of the restaurant
• Ensure the smooth running of deliveries (product quality and respect

of delivery times)

• Monitor turnover and recruitment needs
• Ensure and monitor the smooth running of the restaurant's activities
• Ensure the opening and closing of the restaurant
• Cash register openings and closings
• Preparation of daily and weekly orders from various

suppliers
Required qualities:
Possess at least 2 years of experience in catering
Very good knowledge of French and English
Service-oriented personality, efficient and possessing excellent interpersonal skills
Autonomy and a keen sense of anticipation
Excellent presentation
Good writing skills in French (good level of spelling)
Versatility, flexibility, leadership, rigor and organizational skills
Proficiency in standard office IT tools
Start date: As soon as possible
