In the ibis budget Bern Expo, 102 functionally furnished budget rooms and a cozy lounge area await you – ideal for guests who value functionality and an attractive price-performance ratio.

To supplement our reception team in ibis and ibis budget, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement: Front Office Agent 100% m/w/d

This is your thing:

• Having joy in your work
• You are a «partner» to our national and international guests
• Check-ins, check-outs
• Reservation acceptance and processing of multilingual correspondence
• Shift responsibility including cash management
• Various administrative tasks

What you bring with you:

• Dealing with people comes easily to you and you enjoy it
• Training in the hotel industry and commercial sector
• You have already gathered initial experience with reception or administrative work
• Laughing is part of who you are
• We can count on you, you are punctual, fast and flexible
