Your tasks:

• Cooperation at the cash desk, at the buffet and at the bar.
• Ensuring an appealing sales and dining area.
• Preparing the restaurant
• Competent handling of complaints and special guest concerns, even when they are challenging.
• Active contribution of improvements.
• Carrying out the daily accounting.

Your profile:

• Strong stress resistance and the ability to act calmly and deliberately in hectic times.
• Fluent German language skills in speech
• Excellent communication skills and empathy to respond appropriately to guests even in difficult situations.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing sight of quality.
• Resilience, flexibility and the willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
• Foreign language skills are an advantage.
