For our new bakery branch with a Mediterranean restaurant in Thalwil, we are looking for an upbeat personality who thrives in the host role and serves our guests confidently and politely.Your tasks

• You welcome and look after our guests warmly and ensure first-class service
• You take orders, serve food and drinks, and create a pleasant atmosphere
• You prepare our coffee specialties with care and passion
• You ensure a well-maintained dining area and smooth service processes
• You work closely with the kitchen and sales and support your team where help is needed
• You adhere to our quality, hygiene, and service standards at all times
• You think ahead, roll up your sleeves, and contribute to a successful team spirit with your positive attitude

What you bring with you

• Experience in service or gastronomy – completed training is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Joy in interacting with people and a strong host mentality
• A well-groomed appearance as well as warm and professional manners
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Very good German skills, other languages are a plus
• You maintain an overview and a smile on your face even in hectic situations
• Flexibility, team spirit, and joy in making a difference together
