As a full-time Operations Assistant / Service Manager 100%, you will be, immediately or by agreement, a valuable member of our Raten team of 19 people and work within a team of 9 employees.

The Raten restaurant overlooks Lake Ägeri and charms with its splendid view. Whether in the rustic bistro, the elegant restaurant, or on the large terrace which can accommodate up to 140 seats, this excursion restaurant invites relaxation. The bright hall is suitable for banquets of up to 100 people. Culinary experiences are ensured by seasonal cuisine with fresh ingredients from the market. In winter, the fondue tent invites tasting.

Your day with us: ##

• Representation of the director in their absence
• Management and support of the service team
• Active welcome of our customers
• Daily and monthly closings including inventories
• Management of orders, controls and storage
• Taking on final responsibility
• Participation in à la carte service

• Completed training in hospitality or a diploma from a hotel school in Switzerland
• Experience and success in sales
• Polished manners and a great sense of responsibility
• Attentive and communicative personality
• Experience in training apprentices is an advantage
