This is what you move * You advise customers and interested parties and are responsible for the sale and organization of our room offers -- from the offer to invoicing. * You are responsible for the administration of third-party rentals -- from contract management to the maintenance of customer and booking data. * Together with the room management and the technical facility management, you ensure smooth processes and successful events. * At the reception, you are the central contact point and welcome our customers and guests warmly and professionally. * You coordinate inquiries, appointments and ongoing rentals and keep the data up to date. That is why you succeed * You have a commercial education or a vocational apprenticeship with a commercial additional qualification. * Administrative tasks suit you and you work in a structured, careful and reliable manner. * You are service-oriented and enjoy customer contact -- personally, by telephone and in writing. * Even with multiple tasks, you maintain an overview and set the right priorities. * You work independently and enjoy working across departments. * You are proficient in M365 and CRM systems and bring technical understanding as well as enjoyment of digital tools.
