Restaurant Specialist in care center without room service hours

For our client, a care center, we are looking for an engaged Restaurant Specialist per sofort or by arrangement.
Your tasks

• Care and service of residents, guests and employees in the restaurant or dining room
• Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Preparation and post-preparation of the restaurant (Mise en Place)
• Issuing of food and beverages
• Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP
• Cashiering as well as simple administrative tasks
• Cooperation during events and banquets
• Cooperation with kitchen, housekeeping and care team

Your profile

• Completed training as Restaurant Specialist EFZ or professional experience in gastronomy
• Friendly, well-groomed and service-oriented appearance
• Independent, reliable and team-oriented way of working
• Joy in dealing with residents
