Job Description

Within the brigade, you will take charge of your section with autonomy and ensure notably:

• The mise en place and preparations necessary for the smooth running of the service
• The preparation and sending of dishes in compliance with the establishment's standards
• Mastery of cooking, sauces, garnishes and fundamentals of traditional French cuisine
• The management of your station during services and periods of high activity
• The control of the quality and regularity of preparations
• The proper management and storage of goods
• The maintenance of a clean, organized and operational station
• Strict compliance with HACCP hygiene and safety standards
• Effective collaboration with the entire brigade

Profile sought
-----------------

You have confirmed experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally acquired in a French brasserie or in traditional catering.

You possess excellent technical basics and are able to manage your station with autonomy, organization and efficiency.

You know how to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain regularity and quality, including during high-activity services.

Professional, reactive and involved, you enjoy working in a brigade and attach real importance to team spirit.
