Cleaning/Laundry Employee (50%-60%)

The Avenita competence center in Grenchen operates the two care centers Avenita Weinberg and Avenita Kastels for 173 residents and employs 280 employees. In our senior residences, older people live in a family atmosphere. We encourage them to lead their own lives even in old age and simultaneously offer them a safe, age-appropriate environment in which they feel comfortable.
To strengthen our teams at the Avenita Weinberg location, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement:

Cleaning/Laundry Employee (50%-60%)

Your area of responsibility includes:

• Independent cleaning of private and public areas
• Completion of necessary work in the laundry
• Assistance with service work at banquets and events
• Taking on assignments as a substitute when required

You bring the following requirements for this:

• Completed training as Fachmann/ -frau Hotellerie-Hauswirtschaft EFZ
• Some years of professional experience in cleaning/laundry
• Independent, responsible and cooperative way of working
• Confident and friendly appearance as well as enjoyment in dealing with older people
• Willingness to work weekends
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
