Barista

As part of the development of our Tea Room LALILALO, we are looking for a Barista to join our team.

Your mission

You will notably be required to:

• Prepare and serve various coffee specialties and hot drinks
• Master coffee preparation and extraction techniques
• Ensure floor service and welcome customers
• Advise customers and accompany them in their choices
• Ensure a careful and elegant presentation of drinks
• Ensure the constant quality of products and service
• Participate in the setup and smooth running of the Tea Room
• Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of equipment, the workstation, and the room
• Contribute to offering a warm and careful customer experience

Your profile

• Experience as a Barista, ideally in a quality establishment
• Good knowledge of coffee and its preparation
• Experience or interest in floor service
• Particular sensitivity to quality, precision, and presentation
• Dynamic, smiling, and comfortable with customers
• Organized, autonomous, and rigorous
• Team spirit and excellent presentation
• Training in the field of coffee or hospitality-catering is an asset
• Mastery of Latte Art is a plus
