Chef de partie

Tasks:

• the candidate will have to integrate into the kitchen brigade and collaborate with the various chefs de partie and the Executive Chef

Requirements:

• professional certificate as a Cook CFC or equivalent
• previous experience in the sector of at least 3 years
• person endowed with great creativity
• good manual skills
• attention to hygiene
• person looking for continuous professional improvement
• excellent knowledge of Italian
