What you accomplish ###

• Replacement in case of absence of the manager or their deputy
• Monitoring of all service stations and working at a service station
• Active sales, additional sales, up-selling, cross-selling
• Introduction of new collaborators and motivation of service employees
• Collection of payments from customers
• Writing menus, inventory, emails, cash register, etc.

What you bring ###

• Training: Completed professional apprenticeship (EFZ)
• Specialization: Hotel/tourism school with federal diploma or successful basic training with federal certificate of capacity and advanced professional examination in the field of gastronomy is an advantage
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in service
• A passion for the role of host. Customer service is central to you. You embody this idea of uncompromising service and act as a role model
• A great affinity for gastronomy
• Very good IT skills
• German (C1)
• Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS)
• English (ADVANTAGEOUS)
