In the center of Carouge, Café des Négociants is one of the oldest bistros in Vieux Carouge. Taken over in 2009 by Philippe Chevirer, it offers market cuisine in an authentic setting.

Experienced Chef de partie M/F

Job description:

• Knowledge of culinary basics
• To be autonomous in one's work and in one's organization
• To know hygiene rules and apply them

Your profile:

• CFC in cooking or deemed equivalent
• Minimum 1 to 3 years in a similar position
• Ability to act under pressure while remaining pleasant
• Ability to maintain a positive spirit in all situations
• Good knowledge of HACCP
