Your tasks:

• Produce high-quality bread and small bread baked goods
• Various dough, table & oven work
• Preparations, setting & arranging for the next day
• Compliance with HACCP guidelines (HACCP = (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points))
• Expert customer advice
• Taking customer orders

Your profile:

• Federal training as a baker or baker-confectioner
• Experience and product knowledge in a bakery, confectionery or a large-scale distributor
• Careful way of working and high sense of responsibility
• Customer-oriented way of acting and high willingness to provide service
• Well-groomed appearance, good manners and very good German skills
• Flexibility and joy in teamwork
• Very good physical resilience
• Joy in working in an open bakery (access for customers)
