Your tasks

• Responsible and structured management of the patisserie station
• Preparation of dishes in our modern production kitchen and at events in our top locations
• Ensuring compliance with ISO and HACCP guidelines
• Contributing ideas and suggestions within the team
• You act as a role model for colleagues and enjoy leading them

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Koch/Köchin EFZ and at least 3 years of professional experience
• Many years of experience in patisserie
• Flexibility for the special challenges of event catering
• You are an organizational talent and maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• Passion for your profession and willingness to constantly expand your expertise
