Cook

For our mountain restaurant Selbstbedienungsrestaurant Üflänge, we are looking for a seasonal position from the beginning of December 2026 to the end of March 2027: Cook EFZ or with corresponding professional experience (m/f) 100%.
Your tasks:

• independent management of your own station - daily mise en place work - care and sense of responsibility (e.g., when working hygienically in the kitchen, when complying with food law regulations)
• daily cleaning work in the kitchen
• compliance with quality standards
• In cooperation with a colleague or also during relief, independent management of the kitchen. Responsibility for inventory control and timely ordering of the required food and materials.

You are/have: - completed vocational training as a cook (EFZ or equivalent training) or several years of corresponding professional experience - independent way of working - eye for detail - calm in hectic times and maintain an overview - team spirit.
We offer: - day job from 08h30 to 16h30. Industry-standard remuneration. Free parking.
